Data-integrity rule: the UI now includes every Michigan-style field. Where Nevada district-level CVAP, presidential baseline or primary vote totals have not yet been ingested from the exact source row, the dashboard explicitly says “pending” rather than fabricating a number.
Riding rule: every congressional, Senate and Assembly district gets its own CVAP, registration, turnout and historical-result row. The dashboard no longer drops the field merely because the exact number has not yet been ingested.
